What have you done before the problem was there?

I start the fight of the 4th arena and at the end i get stuck, I can't move and there is no dialog and I don't have the badge of the arena when i relog the game

I see you met roll back server issues. Some times when the game crashes/stuck/freeze, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. You will need to beat her again and don't worry having no cooldown in gym leader. Hope it help you.
