Hello, I've used my mysterious ticket to enable the double reroll service for 1h, I then proceeded to use my reroll tickets on diance however noone of my reroll ticket has been doubled on the effect, i used also a IV-reroll shuffle ticket but nothing. Can i get back at least my mysterious ticket? such a waste

Hello there! @Sunzols Firstly, may I ask which type of rerolls you were using? Some rerolls aren't able to be used for the double reroll service unlocked via Mysterious Tickets, including the newly introduced rerolls obtained from PvP chests.

I used the soulbound ones, howevere I didn't find any clue of what you're saying so how could I know. Thanks for the response, It felt kinda bad

I'm afraid only tradeable reroll tickets can be used for the double reroll service. Information on this service can be found here: Prowiki - World Quests

 

In future, I'd advise double checking the specifics before spending a Mysterious Ticket on a service you haven't used before. I know how frustrating it can be not getting the outcome you had hoped for and so, I thank you for understanding. I apologize again for the loss of your Mysterious Ticket.

 

I apologize too if my response felt bad. I was simply trying to ascertain if this was in fact a bug or not by gathering more information.

Yeah sorry I didn't meant your response felt bad, I meant wasting the ticket but I m not too fluent sorry ahahah, anyway I understand the information search however if I could politely suggest, please put some information ingame, a lot of times the wiki isn't updated so you shouldn't use it as the primary source of information, regards Sunzols

I agree that Psychic Marina's information could be clearer on this subject. However, the text does mention that "Reroll Tickets" are eligible for the service but makes no mention of Soul Bound or Legendary rerolls. An announcement was made in the official Discord server stating that Soul Bound Rerolls were removed from the Double Reroll service some time ago too.

 

I appreciate your politeness and your suggestion. I will raise this topic with the responsible Staff members and I truly hope that your suggestion will be implemented; making it clearer for players in the future.
