Hi guys, I wonder why I cannot receive the device verification email 🫠, coz I moved to a new place, and my account cannot access now, as I cannot receive the device verification email, I also created a post on the email recover board, but still no news😔, do you guys know anything about this situation? check your spam folder i was facing similar problem then i checked my spam box 

Hello there! @Kid0528 After making a 2FA post, all you have to do now is wait for response to that topic. Like @Rarehunt1 mentioned, it may be worth double checking the Spam/Junk sections of your email to see if you may already have a verification email.

i think you should login on dashboard and check once if the email you are checking is same as connected to your account

Hello, I have the same problem, I don't receive the email even in my spam.While my email address in the dashboard is correct, I tried changing my email address and I receive the email but not the one to activate my account.
