In previous years, these rewards have been redeemable after an annoucement in the official Discord, allowing players to collect rewards for ladder placement from Psychic Gertrude in Vermilion House D Top. Players then had a week to collect these rewards, so don't worry; If you did achieve ladder placement, you will have ample time to collect the rewards.
