I started the quest for Sinnoh during valentine event, didn't finish the quest as i wanted to catch some pokemon. Now i cant get back to Litleroot town. Paul is not there anymore

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

 

You can go to Littleroot by walking, or using teleport if you unlocked the teleport quest.
Can you try to remember what was the last part of the Sinnoh quest you did? you can try to revisit every step of the quest after the interaction with Paul and see if your quest is bugged or not.
