Houndstone Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 Hello there! @Gogowheat One of the requirements to start the Pinkan Quest is the player must be biregional Champion (Kanto and Johto). Once you have become the Champion of Johto by beating the Elite 4, you will be able to start this quest. I hope this clears things up.
