No, it is not possible and you will have to wait for the TM Fire punch to be added.

Hello there @Nyong PRO is currently shifting towards Generation 9 Mechanics. In Gen 9, Ursaluna learns Fire Punch via a TM. Without this TM in PRO at the moment, Ursaluna cannot learn Fire Punch. Like @Bfgo said, i'm afraid you would have to wait for the TM to be added. Reversing evolution is only done in exceptional circumstances, like when a player pays for services and their Pokemon is evolved by a third party.

 

I know this isn't the decision you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that. I hope that the TM is added soon and you are able to have you desired moveset. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day!
