What have you done before the problem was there?

I checked the requirements And My smartphone is ok (galaxy note 4). I downloaded the new Android apk. I installed it.

 

After that game start...or almost the first bar download is almost full...It stop At The end when It comes the write about the "hats, did i Say hats?" Or something like this. Then the app crash.

 

I have all requirements. Why does It not work?

still not working...unless i delete and reset my smartphone
