My charmeleon evolved from 35 to 37 direct and not learned Wing Attack, this happened with other pokemons too

Wing Attack only learn at level 36, and you was miss it because you go from level 35 to 37 immediately, it is same case for original pokemon game. Nothing wrong in here, however, you can relearn you move by NPC relearned at Cerulean city or Safforn city. You'll be fine, don't worry.
