My dashboard and forum passwords do not match

I use the same password for ingame and forum as well.But when I tried to login in dashboard it shows incorrect username and password

Hello there @Tgbnamish I apologize for this inconvenience. If you haven't already, it is advised to set an alphanumerical password, (just letters and numbers) as special characters can cause problems when signing in. Passwords are also case sensitive.

 

With all of this is mind, could you try signing in on the dashboard again and let me know the result? (Making sure there are no typos in the username or password) Thank you in advance. I hope to get this resolved swiftly.
