If you haven't already, it is advised to set an alphanumerical password, (just letters and numbers) as special characters can cause problems when signing in. Passwords are also case sensitive. With all of this is mind, could you try signing in on the dashboard again and let me know the result? (Making sure there are no typos in the username or password) Thank you in advance.
