I  buy the safari pass 5-6 day ago but cannot enter the safari zone located in kento its asking money 5k..already restart the game and still nothing happen...hopefully u can fix it...at least give us refund back or reset the pass time

Hello there @Pgdevil I apologize for the delayed response. The Safari Pass lasts for 24 hours real time, whether you actively use it or not. I'm afraid a refund or resetting the pass won't be offered here. I would advise searching for information using the forums or the PROwiki before making purchases in the future.
