I've been playing on gold once my friend told me about PRO but then he told me he was actually on silver! The problem is I have already bought a mount on gold and he has multiple mounts on silver, is there a way I can get my mount transferred to silver or just refunded to the wallet so i can re-buy it on silver?

you can change the servers via the Dashboard and keep everything. 

 

 

After clicking on that, a new tab will open, where you need to login. Once you are logged in, you will see a section called "Server Transfer". 

 

 

Click on that and you will see a preview of your Silver and Gold account. Now just click on "Transfer for free" and wait a few minutes. You can do this once a month for free, if you want.

this will work but would like to ask anyway i could still get it just refunded to the shop account or transferred over just the mount because i have put in another 16 hours and made more progress on silver now just missing the mount so if theres another way i can just get in transferred/refunded to the shop would be great though this is definitely going to be the option if not so thanks!!

That's unfortunate. I thought you hadn't already started on Silver.

If I remember correctly, there were someone else who asked for something like that and it got denied, but I could be wrong.

There are still 2 more options in my mind which you could do:

1. Since every player is allowed to have 4 accounts until the merge comes, you could do another one, play it until you have 4 badges, trade the mount to this account and change server with it, so you can trade yourself the mount again on Silver
2. Give the mount to someone you trust, who wants to change from Gold to Silver and this person gives it back to you on your Silver account
