Today, when I tried to log in, it did the usual "connecting to server", and "logging in", but after that the "logging in" faded, and I did not log in. Ive tried redownloading the app, but still no progress. I am on a windows laptop.

If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue, where you will place into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box or the number you as placed in the queue. You maybe want to close the lient and open again or just waitting for get in game (no showing queue).
