Hello there @Theotakinho Please accept my apologies for the long delay. Sometimes, a thread can slip through the cracks due to a high volume of threads here in General Support, but this is no excuse and I am truly sorry for taking this long to reply. 

 

Our systems show that you have since been able to launch the game. Now that the issue is resolved, I'll be locking this topic. I hope this delay doesn't discourage you from seeking help if and when it is needed and again, my apologies.
