Though there are no certificates of your achievements, there are, however, plenty of benefits for Pokedex completion. Many quests in PRO, like Legendary/Mythical Pokemon quests, have Pokedex related requirements; some just the Pokedex entries, others require Evolution data. Personally, I don't think there is a need for diplomas to be added, though you could make a post in Suggestions. I think the rewards of Pokedex completion here in PRO are enough already.
