Hi, 

 

I am currently experiencing a recurring issue were the game crashes after I enter or exit a building.

 

90% of the time it happens leaving a poke centre after teleporting. However I did have 1 string of issues were I crashed leaving the poke centre, entering the poke mart, exiting the poke mart, entering the centre and then again leaving it. 

 

All these crashes have taken place between Slateport and Ever grande.

 

After each crash it takes at least 5 attempts to log back in without crashing.

 

I did not have this issue prior to the easter event patch.

 

so far I have tried:

reinstalling multiple times

restarting pc

closing all background process`s

updating drivers 

running as admin

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We are currently investigating the cause of these crashes.
Could you both please try turning off all in-game music by unchecking the boxes to see if this resolves the issue?

Hi

I did not get to change zones many times after seeing your reply, however in the time I was playing with all game sounds off I did not have any crashes.

I should get a few hours on tomorrow, I will update then.

i still experience crashes and i can't login  with my laptop  😕

 

@Crimsonhound hey , I was about to make a report bug post for the same I am experiencing this same since the new update once I uninstalled and reinstalled again it worked fine for 12hr but now again facing the same issue , it's been 6hr and counting I am still not able to open the game because the game keeps kicking me as I was trying to exit the pokemon center.

As of now we are still investigating what exactly causes these issues.

So far, fully muting music has provided a temporary solution for most users.
If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, unfortunately, we do not have any other fixes available at this time.
