went into the casino got caught by team rocket got the lift key got the card key beat Jackson

log out and back in leave the casino leave celadon

Stuck in celadon game center where team rocket is I did all steps on the guide even beat Jackson but the secret door still won't open what else am I missing? I got the key card and lift key.
