Want to evolve my Roselia into Roserade with a Shiny Stone. Where can I get one in Hoenn?

Hi there @Robd2007 Shiny Stones can be found as a held item on wild Togepi and Minccino. Togepi can be found in Breezy Town, not in Hoenn but accessible from Lilycove. Minccino can be found in Hoenn Safari Zone Area 6 with an active membership. I would advise using a Pokemon with Frisk ability to check if a Shiny Stone is being held by either of these Pokemon in the wild.
