Stuck Trainer's Valley Quest

Hello i'm actually stuck on Trainer's Valley Quest, i already have all of this requirements : 

- Fought Red at Mount Silver.

- Completed Subway Quest.

- Caught data of 120 Kanto Pokemon.

- 38 Evolved Pokemon.

but the NPC still tell me that i'm "not experienced enough"

Hello there @Derlvx I see you have found the problem was the caught data for 120 Kanto Pokemon. If you are still having trouble with finding enough Kanto Pokemon, I would advise checking your Pokedex for Pokemon you have the Seen data of, but don't you have the Caught data (shown by a Pokeball symbol in the Pokedex). If you don't yet have the Seen data, I would advise using the PROwiki to search for information and spawns of any Pokemon you are yet to find.
