I read on the internet that she can only be caught with MS, but it doesn't appear like that in the game. If I can't catch her here, where can I catch her? None of Cottonee's spawns are Membership only in fact, so you are able to farm anywhere you like without an active MS. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
