Hello, I created an account with the aim of discovering the game and potentially having fun,
but I can't play because I'm asked to verify my email before I can finally log in. Unfortunately,
I don't receive the verification email. I don't know what to do, can you help me ?

Hello there @Ghaelaad A couple of things to double check: Is your Email address spelt correctly? Have you checked all your inboxes including Spam/Junk? Try searching your Email for "Pokemon Revolution Online".

 

Some users have been reporting a delay with verification Emails arriving. If you're sure that your details are correct, I ask that try to remain patient for a little longer. I hope you are able to begin your adventures in PRO soon.

Yes, I've checked again and again, but nothing appears. I even requested a change of email address, and once again, I receive absolutely nothing.

Same here. No verification mail.  i tried 2 drifferent email adresses. no mail recivied.

I checked spam and in the mail search filter and nothing.
I don't know if it is because my email is outlook and generates conflict but I have tried to change it to a gmail in my profile and it didn't change.

So I am having a similar problem I have gotten a new phone since playing last.

 

When I downloaded the game again and tried to log in it says i need to verify my device via email I have not received this email in any folder in my email. I have tried 6 or 7 times now.
