Hello, as there were many topics already to this problem I need help to fix after trying to login to confirm my device. The email is not in my inbox or spam or else where. I did all the simple things (correct email, double click here to resend...)

 

I saw in the last topic about this problem that Thaloras asked now to try again and then it worked for the guy. But what did Thaloras do?

If you are sure that all your information is correct, you will most probably get a verification email, but it might take some time for it to arrive, since there is currently a bigger delay then usually.
Double check if your email is written correctly, if it's not, we can assist with correcting it.

Regarding the problem that you pointed out, about the other user that had an issue, their email was written incorrectly. That issue was much quicker to get resolved, since we can change it, but we cannot have an impact on the verification emails delay.

I again am sorry for the inconvenience of this issue, I ask for you to remain patient for a little longer since, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.
