I was just finishing up the legendary birds quest and went to capture Zapdos and clicked the wrong button and killed him with a critical hit. Is there a time frame or a way i can try to capture him again?

Hello there @Thejuice999 Don't worry, it is possible to get another shot at catching a Legendary Pokemon thanks to the Nikola Boss. As the link says, defeating Nikola can earn you another chance at capturing a Legendary Pokemon that you failed to catch previously. This boss has a very strong team and a 21 day cooldown so be sure to prepare accordingly.
