Why cant I find a Cleffa on route 34? I have been searching for about 1 hour now, during the night. I dont understand what im doing wrong, or if this is some sort of bug?

Cleffa is a rare pokemon, that is why it took you some time to encounter one.
You can check the spawnable places and the rarity of a pokemon using /spawns command on the Reborn BOT in the Official PRO discord server.
