Pokedex opens extremly slowly

Featured Replies

Hi.
As the title suggests, my Pokedex opens extremely slowly (over 5 minutes). Restarting the game, restarting the PC, and redownloading the game files didn't help.

And before anyone says it's my PC, here are my stats.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

RAM: 32GB DDR3

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

The game files are stored on an NVMe drive with over 1TB of space left. I also have a 100K internet connection.

Hello there @Tornbreeze ,

in order to fix that issue you need to do the following steps:

1. Go to your in-game settings.

2. Click on the graphics section.

3. Uncheck the V-Sync button. V-Sync.png.f5889d4fc5beb9570bd039708848975f.png

4. Put manually the amount of FPS. LimitFPS.png.b80207d4c5179657f294c90fc435c807.png You can put any amount you want, just don't put unlimited.

5. Click on Apply and then OK.

6. Restart your game.

I hope those information were useful to you. Have a nice day! 🙂

Okay, thanks. That fixed it. I have no idea why you can't set it to Unlimited. What's the point of having that option if it's buggy?

It is not supposed to be bugged. I just know the solution because I used to have the same issue.

There will come a fix at some point, but untill then we just have to use that work arround.  😉
