With the large number of forms available in the game, it becomes difficult to keep track of what you have. In order to address this I have made a spreadsheet with all forms that I could find (from the PRO wiki and through the PRO Discord posts. Currently it is updated through Easter 2025. 

 

I plan to update this at the start of every event after all new forms have been announced. For these updates I will provide instructions on how to update your local copy without losing the mons you currently have checked off.

Note: it requires downloading the document for single player editing (otherwise it would just be a bunch of people going mad on one document and also allows me to keep it clean and updated).

Update: Downloading does not preserve the checkboxes due to the way google sheets encodes it and will turn into Boolean (True / False) values in an Excel sheet. Rather than downloading, I would recommend making a copy through Files -> Make a Copy. This will give you a copy to your Google Drive and preserve the check boxes.

The addition of a pinkan tab would be amazing! Other wise, nice way to track forms, i'll deff be using.
