Hello again. I apologize for the late response but as I explained in my last reply, we are currently low on available Staff. I can understand your frustration, but negative comments about Staff will not be tolerated.

 

A decision has been reached and I regret to inform you that your request has been denied. The NPC used to buy the double reroll service explains the cost of said service very clearly. If you had read the information carefully, you would have been made aware the rerolls you spent were used to pay for the cost of the service and therefore, no longer useable.

 

I would advise, in future, that you make sure to read and understand all the information provided before spending such high value items. I know this isn't the response you was looking for and I apologize for that. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day!
