Hello,
i tried getting the mega stone for Blaziken. I looked up some guides to do it but many of them are outdated and none of them worked. Now i just got kicked out and cant get back in with my torchic. What should I do now? What is the right way to solve this puzzle fight?

Hello there @Corgifan Could you provide a little more detail of which part of the quest you are struggling with? The only change from the original strategy seems to be that Growl is spammed on Stunky and Frillish until they run out of PP and are forced to use Struggle, then they are finished off with Ember and Peck respectively. Aside for this slight adjustment, all over aspects of this strategy should be fine.

I hope this helps.

Hey, sure I can give more information.  I used that exact strategy. I growl stalled them until frillish was out of PP, then finished it off with 2 Pecks. Afterwards stunky came in and killed me. Or I could survive by using more growls but that barely, that bergmite killed me after staying alive with sturdy. Is there like guide I can llok at and follow? One that u can guarentee to work? My torchic was adamant with 30 ATK, 31 SPDbut is now locked out and cant compete anymore.

If the Bergmite using Mirror Coat is the problem, I would advise using a physical attack first, like Reversal whilst also ensuring you have enough HP to survive any Rocky Helmet damage. After this, using Ember on the Bergmite should easily defeat it.

As for a guide, I'm afraid none have been made by the Staff team for this quest and I believe the Youtube guides made by players are likely the outdated ones you referred to earlier.

Ok I understand, I used the Reversal strategie. Are the guides in general outdated or just this fight due to the "new" switch pattern?
Do I need specific preperations for a torchic like max HP and EV training to do it?

I believe the guides available should work for the rest of the quest. This fight seems to be the only part in which you need to slightly adjust the original strategy. I don't believe that any EVs are needed, but it is advised to have an Adamant Torchic with high IVs in Attack and Speed.

I hope you are able to obtain your Blazikenite soon.

I just tried it again with a new torchic (Adamant, 18 ATk, 30SPD, 19 HP)
I killed the groomish with 3 embers
Afterwards used 5 growls to let skunky switch to frillish
Then 20 Growls for it to be out of painsplits
Then killed it with 2 pecks
afterwards used 2 growls on skunky and killed him with ember
then killed bergmite with reverseal into ember.
But then died on yanma because it outsped me and I only got 8HP left
Is it just bad luck or do I need godly IV´s ?

I don't think godly IVs are a requirement, but will no doubt be beneficial. Although Speed Boost isn't a requirement either, this may also be very useful for defeating Yanma too.

Ok I see, so high ATK & SPD and Speedboost should win me this fight?
