Description and Message

I am losing items by being booted from the game in the middle of a battle. It also caused me to auto lose to Jackson at the school.

Unfortunately I don't think they can or will return items lost due to rollback, unless it's an important quest item.

 

Regarding Jackson though, there's a solution - go back to Pallet Town and speak to his parent, in the only other house in the town. You'll then be able to pass the old man in Viridian that was blocking your way to Route 2.
