waterfall to get to johto?

There is no TM for Waterfall yet and you don't need it as well. There is no waterfall you need to get past in order to go to jotho in PRO

Just, travel to South from Victory road hall, than u'll be at route 28, walk along south then at the end of da map turn left.

You'll face tohjo falls cross it then walk to left, "WELCOME TO JOHTO" and no need of waterfall for it.

+ keep in mind in ordef to enter route 28 u have to beat kanto e4 first. Grin.png

Foxys is correct. You do not need waterfall to access Johto.
