I made a request for a username Change at the end of April. I understand that the Staff Team is very busy, which is why I waited before following up, especially since the Dashboard mentioned that the process might take up to 48 hours.

There is no rush, i just wanted to kindly ask if you could let me know when I might expect the change to be processed.

Hello there @Sirgoku72 Please accept my apologies for the delay in handling your username change. We are currently extremely low on available Staff, which is causing much longer delays than we would hope. The Dashboard does mention that we aim for a 48 hour response time, but honestly this is inaccurate at the moment due to us being short on available Staff and username changes being a low priority.
