Sometimes when I head into a a new area, I would close completely, and it happens way too often, it ain't cache I already reset that.

Hello there @Kiruchoppu This is a well known causing problems for lots of players at the moment. A temporary fix to this issue is to mute in-game music and sounds in the Options tab. A permanent fix is being worked on and will arrive in a future update, which will allow players to play with music and sound as intended. Thank you for your patience while we fix this issue.
