Hi, @1cloudz I have already finsihed the trade. The 15 minute rule was on and @BllacKMasK placed the bid before previous bid could hold for 15 minutes.

To clarify this auction I will be using GMT+1 onwards.

 

The End point of this auction was 8/6 1:11PM 

 

@1cloudz 10.7m bid was made at 8/6 1:03PM which, applying the 15minute rule, extended the auction to 1:18PM.
