I encountered a problem with the teleporter quest in New Mauville. I had started the quest without finishing it by defeating the grunts, then I stopped there. I recently decided to finish the quest, and this electric barrier remains here (I checked it is not the one to deactivate with the remote control). I finished all the story and met the requirements for the quest.

 

Can someone help me ?

Apologies for the inconvenience experienced with the Hoenn Teleport Quest. Thing is, the quest was changed a little but with faulty variables and hence there are such bugs around now. 

 

In your case for instance it will be needing us to fix the quest for you to proceed any further here, as any workarounds we have had won't be working in this situation.

 

I would urge you to be patient and wait for me to notify you whenever we end up fixing it.

A fix was recently applied and you should be able to proceed normally if you re-enter that place from route 110 according to the updated guide over on our wiki. 

Lemme know if all goes well here on out.
