Is there any way to access a mirage island?? I've been talking to NPC Old Jerry for several days and he hasn't seen this island. I need help, please!!

Each time he doesn't see it, you're chances go up each time you talk to him until it's a 100% chance to see it.  Just gotta keep checking daily.
