I defeated Jeanine then Victor, later I went to Safari zone to find HM Surf. I found it. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I tried to wait 2 weeks but nothing has changed. Description and Message When i came to Victor to teach Surf to my Pikachu I clicked on "Do not learn this move" because I needed a little time to think about the best move to delete. :Cry: Now, when I go to Victor he says: "Sorry dude, but I will need time to chillax and rest before I can exert enough energy to teach your Pikachu surf again". The problem is that my Pikachu never learned Surf. :Frown: What can I do? The problem is that my Pikachu never learned Surf. :Frown: What can I do? You need wait for the cooldown before can teach it again (it count as you chose surf but then deny learn). The time is a bit long around 2 weeks, I am not remember. You maybe wait some more and then check it again.
