Hello there,

 

So, I'm almost at the end of the legendary beasts quest. I went all the way through, and already captured Suicune as the first beast.

Then I went back to the bell tower to get one of the two other bells from Scientist Rey, however the lobby was completely empty. Even his assistant wasn't there.

Am I supposed to find them somewhere else ?

Nevermind, I figured I'd climb the tower just in case and found him
