What have you done before the problem was there?

I have full access to game i recently got a friend to download it tho and they are prompted to purchase winzip whenever they attempt to extract it

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i have tried the live support channel which was of 0 use.

 

looked at the FAQ which covers everything after instillation

 

looked through the first 10 pages of the general support looking for a similar issue as well as using the search bar

neither worked
