Hello there @Thuan3101 We only offer to devolve a Pokemon in exceptional circumstances, like if a Pokemon is evolved by someone other than the owner during EV or Level service. We do not offer this service for mistakes made by the owner. Due to Ursaluna not being able to learn Ice Punch via the Move Tutor, I'm afraid your only option now is to wait until the TM for Ice Punch is introduced in a future update.
