What have you done before the problem was there?

I have battled against Janina in Fuchsia City a month ago. After i won she gave me my badge and i walked out of the gym. Then i logged out. When i logged in again today my badge was gone and Janina wanted to battle me again.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to beat her but i don´t receive the badge if i can beat all her pokemon.

If i would gain the badge when i beat her it wouldn´t be a Problem but nothing happens when i beat her

Provide me with a screenshot of victory with her. Then provide me with a screenshot of you not having the badge. These two evidence shown, and I'll get you the badge so you can progress.
