Hello

I was doing the hoenn teleport quest, But when I get to the power plant I don't see any NPCs. I don't see the NPC Wattson in the city either. I don't know what to do. I'm stuck.

Hello @Dzimmjow,

 

Apologies for the delayed response. 

 

You should be able to encounter Wattson at the Mauville PC to start the quest, who is found down the stairs from the officer.
