Since the time your post was made, it looks like you've now added Zapdos to the seen dex data. After seeing Zapdos, are you still having this issue?

  11. Hello @Tranarchy, Sorry about the difficulty with the teleporter quest. Have you tried to talk to Wattson in the Mauville City PokeCenter? I believe you need to first talk to him there before going to New Mauville. That usually triggers the spawns for the Magma and Aqua grunts. You can find an excellent guide for the quest here. Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

  13. This is a temporary ban that is applied to the account when a player is suffering from internet connection issues, usually when there is a noticeable delay between the player and the server. As you point out, you were suffering connection issues at the time. To prevent exploitations, the server issues this short ban. Because you did nothing wrong and the short duration of the ban has elapsed, you don't need to do anything further. I will now close this thread as the matters have been resolved.
