Bug – TM28 (Dig) missing from inventory, event in Celadon Casino not triggering

Featured Replies

My name is Pedro Ureña Rubio and I’m currently playing Pokémon Revolution Online.

I believe I’ve encountered a bug that is preventing me from progressing in the main storyline.

Here is the situation:

  • I already defeated the Team Rocket grunt behind the robbed house in Cerulean City.

  • I taught TM28 (Dig) to my Pikachu immediately after obtaining it.

  • However, I no longer have TM28 in my inventory.

  • As a result, the Team Rocket member in the Celadon Game Corner is not appearing, and I cannot access the hidden base under the casino.

  • I already defeated Lt. Surge (third badge), completed Nugget Bridge, received and used Cut, and made sure all side events were properly completed.

  • I also tried switching channels, relogging, revisiting Cerulean City, and interacting with the old man and the robbed house, but the issue persists.

I believe the event is not triggering because the game is not detecting TM28 in my inventory, even though I used it.

I would appreciate it if you could help me:

  • Restore the TM28 in my inventory, or

  • Manually activate the Celadon Casino event so I can continue the story.

Thank you in advance for your support and all the work you do.

Best regards,
Pedro Ureña Rubio

In PRO, like in the older Pokemon games, TMs are limited to a single use. This is why, after using the item to teach one of your Pokemons the move, it disappears from your inventory. If you wish to teach Dig to another Pokemon, it's available for sale in the Celadon Dpt Store.

As far as I know, the Dig TM is not mandatory in any way to go through story. You might have missed a trigger in the questline.

Can you please confirm that you talked to Sergeant Rick, the police officer outside the Game Corner, and if you did send me a screenshot of where the NPC isn't showing up?
