Today i finished lvling up my roserade but i didnt know that i should build my moveset as roselia! can someone help me build my moveset cause now i cant! even with the help of egg moves..

If you mean moves can only be learned by a previous evolution of Roserade. Unfortunately, nothing can do it for now. Next time, you need to check the moveset before making evolve as some pokemon have not full movepool from previous evolution. Sorry for your inconvenience.
