Hello there @Madhanmanchala The requirements for this quest changed in a recent update. You now require all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and Sinnoh Champion. You are currently missing over half of the caught data for Sinnoh. Once you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, you will be able to start the Cresselia quest.
