What have you done before the problem was there?

Trained, about four times now I've defeated Jasmine. However, once her final pokemon faints, the game decides to freeze up upon me, and I'm immediately disconnected. This has happened within the past couple of days, and in turn, it is costing me.a fortune in revives and super potions

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Resetting my router, trying later on

About four times now in the past couple days I have been attempting to defeat Jasmine, and these four times (out of several failed attempts) my game has crashed upon defeating her. Look like you meet the lag period when server issues. You maybe want to wait for server stable or after reboot, and you will not freeze in game. Sorry for your inconvenience but we don't refund for these issue.

Happends to me not just Gyms but whole npcs altrought when many people get this lag the server reboot .. Thanks :)
