On my alt acc abbw i cant seem to be able to log in on silver server

As soon as log in my app shuts down on my phone

Dont have this issue when i log in on gold server 

Any advices/suggestions ?

Hello there @Noluckyone Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delayed response.

 

This appears to be another case of a bug which caused problems for a lot of players. This bug was addressed in a recent update and you should now be able to play the game with Music and Sounds as intended. Please let me know if you are still facing issues since the update.
