Hello @Tevacile,

 

I’m sorry to hear your friend is having trouble playing PRO.

 

Is your friend able to log in to the dashboard? (https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/) If so, they can change their email by clicking on “My Account”, and then clicking on “Email” before inputting a new email address. 

 

If they are unable to, have them join these forums and create a thread in the 2FA Email Recover & Assistance subforum (pokemonrevolution.net/forum/forum/221-2fa-email-recover-assistance/), providing their username and new email address. The appropriate staff members will help them get playing again.
