Dear Pokémon Revolution Online Support,

I'm returning to the game after about a year of inactivity and I'm trying to log in on a new device. However, I haven't received the confirmation email needed to authorize the device, despite several attempts and checking my spam/junk folders.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can access my account again?

Are you able to log in to the dashboard? (https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/) If so, you can change your email by clicking on “My Account”, and then clicking on “Email” before inputting a new email address. 

 

If you are unable to do so, please let me know and I’ll move this thread to the 2FA Email Recover & Assistance subforum so that the appropriate Staff Member can help you out.
